Responsibilities
- Handle day to day entries and complete full set of financial accounting independently
- Prepare schedules, compile and analyse financial statements
- Prepare various MAS quarterly and annual return forms
- Quarterly GST reporting
- Annual Corporate tax filing
- Annual Statutory Audit
- Preparing ACRA XBRL filling
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
- Ensure effective internal controls
- Ensure company is compliant with financial policies and procedures and MAS regulations
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing day to day entries, financial and statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting and annual audits. Moreover, the candidate must have corporate secretary knowledge, strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy holders and professionally qualified accountant (CA)
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience
- Priority for experience in financial sector, especially in Trust companies and/or CMS license holders
- Able to multitask and handle high volume of transactions
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, solution-oriented individual
- Hands-on with accounting software like MYOB
- Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Positive learning attitude
- Good team player
