Responsibilities
- Formulating and implementing of distribution strategies
- Developing and continuous reviewing of sales processes for optimal efficiencies
- Engaging distribution channels to achieve sales objectives and goals
- Handling of enquiries and issues from distribution channels
- Developing and conducting of sales positioning and product trainings
A strong Business Development Manager, we imagine the following sounds like you:
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Management
- Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in the financial industry; specifically in areas dealing with mutual funds and/or Investment-link plans
- Experience in working with Financial Advisory Firms is preferred
- Proficient in MS excel and Power-point
- Able to do multi-task and with an eye for business opportunities
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, solution-oriented individual
- Positive learning attitude
- Independent performer and a good team player
- Meticulous and with good presentation skill
- Priority for experience in financial sector with good understanding of MAS regulations
