Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Formulating and implementing of distribution strategies
  • Developing and continuous reviewing of sales processes for optimal efficiencies
  • Engaging distribution channels to achieve sales objectives and goals
  • Handling of enquiries and issues from distribution channels
  • Developing and conducting of sales positioning and product trainings

A strong Business Development Manager, we imagine the following sounds like you:

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Management
  • Minimum 2-5 years of work experience in the financial industry; specifically in areas dealing with mutual funds and/or Investment-link plans
  • Experience in working with Financial Advisory Firms is preferred
  • Proficient in MS excel and Power-point
  • Able to do multi-task and with an eye for business opportunities
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, solution-oriented individual
  • Positive learning attitude
  • Independent performer and a good team player
  • Meticulous and with good presentation skill
  • Priority for experience in financial sector with good understanding of MAS regulations
