Responsibilities
- To provide support and assistance to the Department and the Business in the maintenance and monitoring of the risk and compliance framework in line with relevant MAS regulatory rules and requirements.
- To be instrumental in the gathering, production, and co-ordination of information and reporting as required and in a timely manner.
- To provide support to the Head of Legal & Compliance as required, including but not limited to supporting the delivery of the Company’s Compliance Plan and assisting with the effectiveness of the Risk & Compliance Function.
- Conducting internal process checks
- Assist in performing compliance reviews and reviewing the compliance and risk management framework, policies, procedures and controls.
- Formulating and conducting periodic testing of Business Continuity Plan
A focused Compliance & Risk Officer, we imagine the following sounds like you:
- AML / ICA / Diploma or equivalent
- Experience of MAS regulatory environment in insurance / financial institutions
- Proficient in MS office
- Candidates with 3-6 years of experience in the relevant field on a 6 months contract, with opportunity to be converted into a permanent role.
