Responsibilities
- Setting up of business operation policies and procedures and ensuring compliance to regulations.
- Manages daily business operations including reviewing and handling of the on-boarding of clients and distribution partners
- Performing KYC/AML checks
- Case management and after sales servicing
An efficient Operations Assistant Manager, we imagine the following sounds like you:
- Minimum Qualification Level Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance industry
- Experience in working with Financial Advisory Firms is preferred
- Good product understanding on retail funds.
- Proficient in MS excel.
- Knowledge on the use of Customer screening software like World-Check will be an advantage.
